Telegram groups, WhatsApp chat exports, an email inbox, voice notes, photos of invoices, PDF and Word documents. Nobody has to fill in a form.
Every morning, a short brief
What is critical, what is due this week, what has gone quiet — for each department, and one for you.
Where two departments disagree
A promise one department made that another cannot keep is found and shown with both sides and where each came from.
It asks rather than guesses
When something cannot be settled — a vague date, no owner, a possible duplicate — FDI asks in the department's group or inbox instead of inventing an answer.

Add each department's Telegram group, import a WhatsApp chat export, or simply paste and upload.

Read
Messages in Arabic, French and English are read inside the department they belong to, and nowhere else.

Each department and you see what needs a decision, each line with the message it came from.

Each department — the kitchen, production, purchasing — has its own brain: its own record, its own pages, its own brief.

What nobody sees
- A department's messages are read by that department only. Nobody reads another department's messages — the owner included.
Cameras, if you want them
Cameras are optional. Through 7 Brains Vision, our camera product, you give each camera to the department it concerns, and its events enter that department's record. It never identifies, names or follows a person. We set it up with you.
Privacy, and the line we hold
No person is ranked, rated, timed, judged or identified
Not by the owner, not by us, not by the assistant. FDI reads the work, not the people.
Every change is written down
Every change, every refusal and every support access goes into an audit that is appended to and never rewritten.
Your data stays yours
Export all of it, or have it deleted, from your own account.
Two-step sign-in
The owner's account needs a code from an authenticator app as well as the password.
Your own private instance
- Each company runs on its own instance: its own service, its own database, its own key for its connections.
- Backed up every night, with an encrypted copy kept off site.
- The model that reads your messages runs on our own server. Your messages are not sent to an outside AI service.
How it starts
- You ask for an account with the form below.
- We set up your company's private instance and send you an invitation link.
- You add your departments and invite your team. Each person needs only a name and a phone number or an email.
- You connect your groups, or import a WhatsApp chat export to start from your history.
- Your first brief arrives the next morning — the same day if you imported history.
